Mission 11 is the third mission of Act III. X1's stronghold has been located, at the expense of Grey Squadron. The New Republic forces amass at Mustafar, where they find themselves halted in mid-battle by a plantary shield.
Objectives
Join the Battle
Upon reaching Mustafar, the Rebels see Imperial escape pods have been jettisoned from a Star Destroyer. X2, Shara and Rogue Squadron follow the escape pods, hoping to find the Imperial base via them. However, due to TIE Fighter resistance, and the discovery of a planetary shield, this plan becomes impossible. Shara hints at an idea to X2.
Destroy the Interdictor
X2 is told to aim for the weak spots of an Imperial Interdictor. Objective is completed when all the external components are destroyed.
Access the Star Destroyer Hangar
The Star Destroyer's defenses are severely weakened. X2 and Rogue Squadron fight past the TIE Fighters and board the hangar. There are signs of damage inside but not like those of a typical attack.
Reach the Command Bridge
Artwork from the DS version. In this version, it is a non-damaged Super Star Destroyer and X2 crashes it alone.
The Rebels head towards the bridge, facing off Imperial forces but also the deteriorating ship. Junk is falling around everywhere, with some collapsing on top of the Stormtroopers. After taking control of the command bridge, X2 sends the cruiser on a crash course to Mustafar's surface. The Star Destroyer smashes through the planetary shield and begins losing large chunks as it falls towards the planet. Upon colliding with the ground - screen fades to black.
Escape the Wreckage
X2 regains consciousness and regroups with his squad. Everyone is glad to see him alive. Shara informs him that X1's base is located north of their position. However, it is protected by shields. On their left, there is an AT-AT approaching. On the right, there is heavy infantry moving to attack. The Rebels ask what direction they should move from.
Rally the Troops at the Archway
The Rebels attack against the Imperial defenders, starting on either the left or the right. Between the two sets of enemies, there is a large lava river which occasionally bursts upwards, obscuring view to the other side.
Deactivate the Death Towers
Despite dealing with the troopers and the AT-STs, the AT-AT cannot be taken down as the Rebels only have an Anti-Vehicle turret for heavy weaponry. The squad advances towards the Mushroom Tower, where the base's shield generators are located. X2 covers Shara while she opens the door. Once inside, they destroy the shield generators and take control of the tower.
Infiltrate X1's Base
The squad moves towards X1's base but they are pinned down by sniper fire. Moving forward, they see an Imperial Shuttle dropping off reinforcements and an AT-ST is blocking the way. Eventually they reach the base and Shara gets the door opened. Inside, they find plans and a hologram transmission of X1.
Destroy the AT-AT Walker
The Rebels have access to heavy weapons now and can finish off the AT-AT.
Gain Entrance To The Cloning Chamber
The plans show X1 is continuing his cloning experiments. The squad continues to explore the base, trying to find the cloning chamber. Suddenly grotesque clones of Stormtroopers appear, attacking anything in sight.
Locate the Cloning Chamber Controls
Shara has found where the cloning chamber is located, but the door is locked. She is unable to open it due to pressure. The Rebels hold back the spoiled clones as X2 searches for a valve to release the pressure and get the door to open.
Destroy the Cloning Pods
Once the squad is inside, they quickly destroy all the cloning equipment before any more mutated Stormtroopers wake up.
Establish communication with Master Luke
The Rebels fight to the nearby communications center in order to inform Master Luke of what happened.
Outro - Scripted Event
Master Luke and his squad ambush X1 only to find out that it was a trap. Shara discovers X1's sole remaining base – Kashyyyk.

- This is an approximation of the objectives. This mission does not fully work in the leaked build, received changes in later builds and there is no story overview document available.
- X1's base is a Mustafarian lava processing plant.

Meng Lha: The Wookiees are powerful subjects. They seem to withstand the pain of disfigurement quite well.
X1: Good, every army relies on the strength of its ground troops. The fact that Wookiees lack intelligence may actually be an asset.
Meng Lha: I have prepared the facility for the arrival of the Jedi source.
X1: Good, everything is falling into place as I have envisioned.
X1: Meng Lha, when you were on Kamino, did have you any experience with cloning Jedi?
Meng Lha: Jedi? As far as I know you and your twin are the only beings cloned from a Jedi source.
X1: Would you be able to clone a Jedi at our facility on Kashyyyk?
Meng Lha: If you are thinking of cloning yourself, you should know that a clone cannot be made from a cloned source.
X1: I want to create a new clone army that will ensure my new Empire crushes all who oppose it. I need only the blood of one Jedi.
Meng Lha: The Empire has driven the Jedi to the point of extinction. Even if we were to find a Jedi source there is no guarantee that they would survive the cloning process.
X1: There is one Jedi left. I will deliver him to you.
X1: Make preparations for defense of our cloning facility on Kashyyyk.
Captain Sorel: Yes my Lord, we have reported two Alliance squadrons en route to Mustafar now.
X1: There may be an entire Alliance fleet coming to Kashyyyk once we leave Mustafar with our prize.
Captain Sorel: We will deploy all of our troops in defense of Kashyyyk.
X1: I want you to also prepare the cloned Wookiees for battle.
Captain Sorel: But sir they’re not be stable, they may be a danger to our own troops.
X1: Perhaps you would like to take their place on the front lines commander? I want you to defend that cloning facility with your lives!Cutscene Script - Outro
EXT. MUSTAFAR.
X1 is walking on Mustafar, seemingly alone. Luke and Rogue Squadron surround him, weapons drawn.
Suddenly X1’s Dark Troopers emerge from far behind, using their jetpacks to completely surround Rogue Squadron. A circle of troops converges on our heroes. X1 somersaults backwards up to the bar on the industrial structure overlooking the group. An Imperial Shuttle escorted by TIE Fighters lands behind them.
Out of the shuttle pour more troops. Luke turns off his lightsaber and walks towards X1, with a disappointed look on his face.
Rogue Squadron falls back, using cover. X1’s troops scramble to disarm Luke and bind his arms. They take him away to the waiting shuttle.
X2 shoots a look of realization at Shara and sprints towards the front door. Shara follows after him looking concerned.
The camera follows X2 as he sprints through the doors of the cloning facility and comes to a stop. In the distance X1’s Imperial Shuttle with a formation of TIE fighters streaks towards space. The camera moves to X2 and Shara's distressed faces, fading to black soon afterwards.
